In the last decade, the innerdance process has been been conducted across many parts of Asia, the Americas, Europe and Oceania for the PHENOMENAL STAGES OF TRANSCENDENCE it has historically brought people into which leads to the AWAKENING OF AN INTERNAL ENERGY AND INTUITIVE SELF-HEALING.

Uncovered over a sustained period of two years, the innerdance began as a direct experience of an intense kundalini rising that took place when Pi Villaraza, the founder of innerdance, lived as an island hermit subsisting on a coconut diet for two years. To date, Pi’s work has been documented in countless media for the healing and awakenings that have taken place in the innerdance journey. Pi was the first one to pass on the capability to directly transmit Kundalini energy that activates the Kundalini Awakening Process. Spontaneous movements can and does arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realisations. But these are just some of the side effects that can and do happen.
A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations are seen regularly in participants.

 

What will I experience?
Advanced and/or beginners – it’s all the same work. Each individual is invited to look at what is most calling for your love and attention. Depending on how courageous and present you choose to be with the positive, negative and neutral arising’s, will determine the depth of your experience.
All areas of life are up for exploration be it “spiritual truth”, a physical healing, body movements, cathartic experiences, an emotional clearing, a deep ah-ha moment of understanding personally or professionally and/or an energetic opening, not one area “better” than another. All human experiences are honored.

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS COME TO THE PROCESS WITH A SENSE OF COMMITTED, RELAXED CURIOSITY 🙂
